About The Opportunity
Currently in a consistent and exciting period of growth, our client is on the lookout for a personable, proactive and committed Audio Service Repair Technician to join their team at their Epping head office! This is a key position responsible for ensuring customers receive expert warranty and product support for high-end home audio equipment, and in particular, bringing faulty products back to life. You will work closely with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality service and repairs across a wide range of luxury audio products.
Some of your responsibilities will include:
- Test, diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair premium audio products such as headphones, speakers, amplifiers, DACs, and turntables.
- Accurately record work through an ERP system
- Handle warranty enquiries across phone, email, chat, ticketing systems, and social platforms.
- Provide remote troubleshooting support and lodge warranty claims.
- Maintain clear communication with customers and suppliers throughout warranty processes.
- Ensure all work meets internal standards of quality and safety.
- Represent and support the brand's product range with expert knowledge.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- 2+ years' experience in a service repair technician role within the audiovisual field
- Relevant electrical qualifications, and a strong understanding of electronics and AV equipment
- Demonstrable skill and confidence in AV equipment repair, diagnostics, troubleshooting, and fault-finding (including soldering and board and component-level repair)
- Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite

- The ability to work well independently and in a team environment
