Responsibilities:

Sales Strategy Implementation:

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.

Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the sports industry.

Client Relationship Management:

Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.

Provide excellent customer service to ensure client satisfaction and retention.

Product Knowledge:

Maintain a deep understanding of the sports products and services offered.

Effectively communicate product features and benefits to clients.

Market Analysis:

Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the sports field.

Analyse competitor activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.

Sales Presentations and Negotiations:

Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to potential clients.

Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.

Reporting and Feedback:

Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

Provide regular feedback to management on market trends and client needs.

Requirements:

Experience:

Proven track record in sales, preferably within the sports industry.

Minimum 3 years of B2B sales experience, with at least 1 year in the sports industry preferred

Experience in achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Skills:

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.

Excellent negotiation and closing skills.

Proficiency with CRM systems (e.g., Monday.com, HubSpot) and Microsoft Office Suite

Other:

Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Flexibility to travel within the South-Eastern Melbourne suburbs as required.

Valid Australian driver's licence and own reliable vehicle required
