We’re a fast-growing investment homebuilder in S.E. QLD, seeking a driven BDM / Land Acquisition Specialist to join our team.

This is a high-impact role where your ability to leverage live relationships with QLD land developers will be the key to success.

What’s on Offer

• $100k base + super
• Realistic OTE $250k–$300k
• Hybrid / remote flexibility (Logan-based office available when needed)
• Work with a fast-expanding business with huge growth potential

What You’ll Be Doing

• Driving new business opportunities with wealth creation firms, accountants & financial planners
• Leveraging existing developer relationships to secure priority access to land stock
• Building and nurturing long-term partnerships across the QLD property market
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver seamless outcomes

What We’re Looking For

• Live, established relationships with QLD land developers (non-negotiable)
• Strong understanding of house & land packages
• Experience with a New Homes investment / wholesale builder preferred
• Excellent communicator with a target-driven mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
