An opportunity exists for an experienced Marketing Specialist to join a highly reputable construction company in SEQ. The successful candidate will play a large hand in the delivery of marketing content across digital and traditional platforms, as well supporting the business development and bids/tenders functions of the business.

Role and & Responsibilities:

• Coordinating project marketing, including site tours, sod turnings, and photo shoots
• Coordinating both internal and external functions and events
• Managing sponsorships and industry engagements
• Handling content for the company's social media and website
• Managing graphic design needs for the business

The ideal candidate will have

• 3-5 years of post-graduate work experience
• A tertiary qualification in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• Demonstrated experience in social media communications and digital marketing
• Advanced graphic design skills, including proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Experience in the construction or B2B services industry in a similar role is preferred but not necessary
