Disability Support Worker - Marion Area/Southern Adelaide Suburbs

Hi, I’m J.W. — and I’m looking for new support workers to join my team!

I’m in my early 30s, and I live independently with support in the Inner South of Adelaide. I live with Autism and an intellectual disability. I’m non-verbal, but once you get to know me, you’ll see I’m an effective communicator with a great sense of humour.

I enjoy my routines, keeping my home in order, and spending time with my family. I also love getting out into the community — especially visiting local parks. When I feel safe and supported, I thrive, and I’m looking for calm, empathetic workers who can walk alongside me in a respectful and responsive way.

Here’s what I’m looking for in my team:

✅ Experience in disability support
✅ Certificate III or IV in Disability (or working towards it)
✅ Calm, empathetic, and responsive in your approach
✅ Positive, reliable, and fun — with patience to learn my communication style

If you’re ready to help me live well at home, enjoy my routines, and get out into the community, I’d love to hear from you.

Apply now to join Team J.W.!
