Full training will be provided by our experienced and approachable team. This is a full-time, in office role, Monday to Friday at our office in Mends Street, South Perth.

Position roles include (but not limited to)

Be the first point of contact for clients — in person and over the phone

Manage reception and front office operations with professionalism and warmth

General administrative duties, including filing and assisting with property-related tasks

Assist the sales and property management teams with administration support

What We’re Looking For:

Strong communication skills and professional presentation

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)

Ability to work independently and manage time effectively

A proactive, can-do attitude with strong attention to detail

Excellent customer service skills—both in person and over the phone
