We’re looking for a highly organised and proactive Scheduler to join our passionate team. This role is key to ensuring our allied health practitioners can focus on what they do best – delivering high-quality support to clients – while you keep everything running smoothly behind the scenes.

What you’ll be doing

Coordinating practitioner schedules to maximise efficiency and client outcomes

Communicating schedule details and changes to staff, families, and carers

Managing appointment bookings, cancellations, and hydrotherapy schedules

Monitoring and reporting on session completion, leave, and compliance requirements

Supporting the Practice Manager and leadership team with data, reporting, and administration

What we’re looking for

Minimum 3 years’ experience in scheduling, rostering, or workforce coordination (health, disability or related sector preferred)

Strong time management, problem solving and organisational skills

Confidence using scheduling systems, databases, and Microsoft Office

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse stakeholders

Knowledge of the NDIS and commitment to upholding the NDIS Code of Conduct
