Own the change strategy that will transform the business.
This is your chance to support the most significant transformation this company has ever undertaken - a shift from fragmented, manual systems to a fully integrated, enterprise-grade CMS platform that will unlock efficiency, compliance, and sustainable growth.
The organisation is a national, care-based business with over 3,500 staff and 80+ sites across Australia. Operating under a hybrid model of corporate and franchised ownership, it’s scaling fast. The challenge? The legacy systems haven’t kept up. Client onboarding, rostering, financial management, and compliance all rely on disconnected platforms, spreadsheets, and manual re-entry.
At the heart of this transformation is the implementation of a new, enterprise-wide CMS (Client Management) platform that will support over 3,500 users. It’s a multi-million dollar investment backed by executive leadership and private equity shareholders. And it’s not just a tech project; it’s a foundational reset of how the company operates.
You’ll be the part time Change Manager on a well resourced project team responsible for bringing this transformation to life.
The challenge?
You’ll be navigating a complex and federated stakeholder landscape:
- Franchise owners (many of whom are former nurses or health professionals) with varying appetites for change.
- Corporate sites still operating on spreadsheets.
- Operational teams burned by past system rollouts.
- And a core business function (care delivery) that can’t stop for transformation.
That’s where you come in: bringing clarity, structure, empathy, and execution.
What you’ll do
You’ll lead the end-to-end change strategy - shaping rollout sequencing, driving stakeholder engagement, and ensuring business readiness across the entire network. You’ll:
- Build and execute a practical Change Management Plan tailored to the unique stakeholder mix.
- Lead impact assessments and define deployment tranches based on readiness and risk.
- Coordinate communications, training plans, and rollout logistics.
- Partner with internal and external teams to deliver aligned, high-quality engagement.
- Coach managers, business leaders, and franchise partners to lead local change.
- Guide business through UAT, go-live, and post-implementation - with feedback loops and sentiment tracking built in.
- Reinforce change messages across internal channels and help uplift communication standards.
- Ensure every stakeholder understands not just what’s changing but why it matters
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years in change management roles (including enterprise system or process transformation).
- Experience rolling out CMS, CRM, ERP, or similar platforms.
- Strong communication, coaching, and influencing skills (from ELT to frontline).
- Hands-on and practical approach: able to balance structure with empathy and pace.
- Change certification (e.g. Prosci) preferred; and
- Sector experience in health, care, disability, or human services ideal but not essential.
Why this matters
This isn’t a side-of-desk change role. It’s at the centre of a significant investment to modernise how the organisation runs - from rostering and workforce visibility to financial control and compliance. It’s a foundational step toward becoming a truly data-enabled, scalable, modern business.
Contract & remuneration
- 11-month Fixed-Term Contract
- $180,000 – $200,000 + superannuation (please note: this is the five day equivalent salary so will be pro-rated for 4 days i.e. 80%)
- Start ASAP (within 4 weeks preferred)
