Kings Sports is seeking a motivated Printer Operator & General Factory All-Rounder to join our team in Cheltenham. This role involves operating our wide-format print and cutter machines, while also supporting general production tasks to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. The position is part-time (16–24 hours per week flexible upon discussion) with the potential to grow into a full-time role.

Key Responsibilities

Operate and maintain wide-format digital printers and cutters (HP Latex Plus Cutter).

Prepare and adjust digital files for print (colour management, resizing, layout).

Apply UV protective coating to vinyl prints.

Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on equipment.

Manage sticker, print, and vinyl stock (including ordering when required).

Ensure all products meet quality control standards and client requirements.

Assist with general production duties and maintain a safe, clean, and organised workspace.

Contribute to process improvements that boost efficiency and productivity.

About You

Previous experience with wide-format printers and cutters is an advantage, but not essential—training will be provided for the right candidate.

Basic knowledge of design/production software (e.g. Adobe Illustrator) is preferred, though on-site training is also be provided.

Strong attention to detail with good organisational and multitasking skills.

A reliable team player who follows instructions and works well with others.

A willingness to learn, adapt, and grow within the print and manufacturing industry.
