Day shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Night shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Weekends shifts will be start in December, which include:

Saturday & Sunday Day shift: 6:00 am - 2:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday Afternoon shift: 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm

Saturday & Sunday Night shift: 10:00 pm - 6:00 am

Australian Soft Plastic Recycling is a leading recycler of post-commercial soft plastic waste with over 30 years of experience in the plastics industry. We specialise in Low-Density Polyethylene (LDPE) recycling, producing high-quality recycled resins for industrial applications, including packaging film, geomembranes, agricultural mulch, and more. With operations in Melbourne, Australia, and Malaysia, we are dedicated to delivering premium recycled products to meet the highest standards in the industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor production lines for sorting, washing, and pelleting lines.

Oversee the efficient operation of machinery, ensuring smooth production runs and completing line startup and shutdown tasks.

Palletise finished products and handle the loading/unloading of trucks.

Make necessary adjustments to production equipment when required.

Complete production paperwork and perform data entry tasks.

Adhere to and promote safety standards within the workplace.

Requirements:

Reliability and strong work ethic.

Ability to read and write basic English.

Previous experience in a factory/manufacturing environment is highly regarded.

Own transport is required for commuting.

Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

Legal right to work in Australia.

Availability for a 38-hour work week across assigned shifts.
