What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be the first smile people see and the voice they hear. But this role goes far beyond just answering phones:

• Meet & greet clients like a pro (think: friendly, polished, and a little bit fabulous)
• Own the phone lines—handle incoming calls with confidence and care
• Order supplies (because no one works well without coffee or printer paper)
• Help run their employee wellness program
• Assist our marketing team with things like newsletter prep and other marketing requests
• Prep meeting agendas and keep things running like a well-oiled machine
• Book travel and flights for staff
• Be the go-to for general office support and ad hoc admin tasks

The Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will be someone who’s switched-on, people-savvy, and can juggle ten things with a smile.
You’ll thrive if you:

• Have reception or basic admin experience within a professional firm
• Are ultra-organised, proactive, and composed
• Love being around people and making their day better
• Aren’t afraid to roll up your sleeves and pitch in wherever needed
