Project and Administration Officer

Passionate about making a difference? Join CREATE Foundation and help change the lives of young people in care!

Full-time | Sydney (Parramatta) NSW or Brisbane QLD (Hybrid role with WFH) | $88,090 - $94,788 per year | Fixed Term to Dec 2026

About the role

As the Project and Administration Officer, you’ll play a key role behind the scenes to support for a values-based, mission driven organisation. This includes playing a key role in implementing two major organisational priorities: the implementation of CREATE’s new Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system and the delivery of our 2026 National Conference.

In this varied and fast-paced role, you’ll:

Support the CRM project team by coordinating meetings, tracking progress, cleansing records, and helping ensure a smooth migration from the current database.

Manage membership enquiries and assist with day-to-day administration of clubCREATE, our national membership program for children and young people with a care experience.

Provide administrative support across all stages of the National Conference, including registration coordination, secretariat support, and general event logistics.

Lead the coordination of the Young Person Grants Program, helping young people attend and engage with the Conference.

Undertake general administrative tasks including secretariat duties, reviewing and improving processes, coordinating tasks that require inputs across teams, and contributing to cross-team projects as required.

Support the CEO with calendar scheduling, managing the CEO inbox, secretariat duties for key meetings, coordinating reports and communications, drafting correspondence, and event planning as needed.

Support teams with high-quality data entry, reporting, and communications to ensure smooth operations across key projects.

This role will suit someone who loves structure, enjoys juggling priorities, and gets satisfaction from keeping things organised and running smoothly. It’s a unique opportunity to help drive improvements in how we work while supporting an inspiring national event for children and young people.
