· A hands on hospitality leader with sound operational experience

· A proven coach and mentor prepared to drive a positive team culture

· Passion to deliver operational performance through positive guest experiences

· Prepared to develop and execute marketing initiatives to activate both the local community and visitors to the hotel

· Building a responsible energetic but fun culture where people want to be part of

· Approved Manager, TAB, First Aid, Food Safety preferred.
