Allen & Sheppard are looking for a candidate to join our long standing and fun-loving team in this flexible role. Established since 1976 A&S are a Thornleigh based family run agency that work together to provide the best service to our loyal clients.

The new team member will work along with our senior property manager, a second assistant and a supportive principal to help manage our clean and well run rent roll, as well as collaborating in a team environment within our friendly office. The successful candidate will be working with the best systems and technology and enjoy providing the highest standards of personalised service to our LandLords and Tenants.

You will become an integral part of the day to day running of our property management department along with our current Managers, being involved in all aspects of the Property Management, as well having some fun along the way. In this role you will:

Operating Property Tree software, Inspection Manager and other PM software systems

Conducting Routine and Ingoing inspections

Help organising repairs and maintenance

New tenancy onboarding, preparing leases and lease renewals

Work along with the team leasing.

The successful candidate will:

Have a long term career in Property Management in mind

Holds a valid certificate of registration or Real Estate licence

Have a high degree of computer literacy, strong attention to detail and initiative

Have a reliable car and License

Be highly organised and able to prioritise
