Key Responsibilities
Deliver personalised, high-touch service that reflects Paspaley’s luxury standards.
Share in-depth product knowledge and the craftsmanship behind each piece.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, driving loyalty and sales.
Represent the brand with professionalism, elegance, and attention to detail.
Support boutique operations, mentor team members, and uphold visual standards.
Assist in clienteling strategies, including outreach and follow-up with VIP clients.
Contribute to boutique performance through insights, feedback, and collaboration.
Ensure accuracy in stock handling, inventory processes, and CRM data entry.
About You
A confident, natural communicator with warmth and poise.
Passionate about luxury, fashion, and the artistry of fine jewellery.
Experienced in premium or luxury retail, with a proven track record in clienteling and sales.
Intuitive and attentive, with a deep understanding of discerning client needs.
