We’re on the hunt for a Customer Love Agent to join our client’s team at their Ingleburn warehouse. This role is all about going above and beyond for customers, keeping things organised behind the scenes, and ensuring every interaction feels personal, helpful, and kind.

📅 Hours of Work:

Monday: 8:30 AM – 5:00 PM

Tuesday – Thursday: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM

Friday: 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM

A natural people person who genuinely loves helping others.

Attention to detail and a drive to deliver exceptional service every time.

Confident communication skills (written & verbal) across email, phone, chat, and social media.

Someone who is proactive, organised, and able to manage multiple priorities.

📌 Key Responsibilities:

Respond to customer queries promptly and thoughtfully via Gorgias, Facebook, Instagram, email, and phone.

Listen carefully to understand each customer’s needs before responding.

Collaborate and communicate clearly with colleagues through Slack, Gorgias, email, and WhatsApp (for urgent matters).

Keep records and data up to date across Google Drive, Sheets, and other platforms.

Maintain calendars, planners, and scheduling software, ensuring important info is shared with the right people.

Support customers through our website and online platforms, escalating issues where needed.

Action emails daily, liaising between customers and internal team members.

Follow and contribute to operations manuals to keep processes efficient and consistent.
