We are currently looking for a Graduate/Junior Engineer to join the team. This is a great opportunity to start a career with a successful and established company.

We are based in West Perth and are looking for someone to start immediately to help in a junior civil engineering role.

The Role:

You’ll be working mainly on metro-based projects, closely alongside senior engineers who will share their experience and guide your development. You’ll gain practical, hands-on project experience while contributing to works that have a lasting, positive impact on local communities.

Key responsibilities include:

Coordinating with subcontractors to ensure project specifications and timelines are met.

Monitoring and reporting on project productivity, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring efficiency.

Upholding the highest standards of quality and safety on-site, conducting regular inspections and ensuring compliance with regulations.

Preparing daily reports on project progress, including documentation of site activities and any issues encountered.

Assisting with project plans, schedules, and budgets to keep projects on track and within budget.

Handling administrative tasks related to project management, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.

The Successful Applicant Should have:

A Civil Engineering degree.

Experience in civil works (internships or graduate-level roles welcome).

Clear communication skills and a collaborative mindset.

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous learning.
