About the Role:
You will be responsible for leading, motivating, and coaching your team to consistently achieve lead generation targets. You’ll be hands-on in the field, setting the standard, and ensuring your team delivers high-quality leads.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage, coach, and develop a team of door-to-door agents

Drive daily performance to meet and exceed KPIs

Conduct regular training and side-by-side field coaching

Report on team results and identify areas for improvement

Maintain high standards of professionalism and compliance

About You:

Proven experience in door-to-door sales or lead generation (energy, telco, solar, or similar industries preferred)

Strong leadership and coaching skills

Target-driven with a passion for developing people

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Current driver’s licence and willingness to work in the field daily
