Are you a passionate leader with experience managing staff and driving impactful youth programs? Saints Care is seeking a dynamic Team Leader to oversee our youth services supporting young people affected by homelessness and those involved in the criminal justice system.

Our Youth Service in Western Sydney, known as Youth Rezolutions provides a non-residential youth homelessness & prevention service and a casework support program for Youth Justice.

Your Role:
As Team Leader, you’ll lead a dedicated team of experienced youth caseworkers, intake worker, program leads, and casuals, ensuring high-quality service delivery, staff development, and program outcomes. You’ll play a key role in shaping services that make a real difference in young lives.
No on call or weekend work.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and support a team of youth caseworkers, program leads, intake workers and casuals across multiple programs
Oversee service delivery aligned with best practice and funding requirements
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including government and community partners
Monitor outcomes and contribute to continuous improvement
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and organisational policies
About You:
Proven experience in managing experienced staff and understanding of emotional intelligence leadership
Experience in leading youth-focused programs from a trauma informed and strengths-based approach
Experience with case management intervention practice
Strong understanding of issues facing young people experiencing homelessness or justice involvement
Experience in managing crisis situations
Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills
Experience working with various different stakeholders to produce positive outcomes
Understanding and/or experience working with First Nations people and communities from a cultural safe lens
Relevant degree qualifications in social work, youth work, or a related field

Working with Children’s Check
Current NSW Driver’s License
