YDL Stone is one of Australia's leading suppliers and distributors of decorative surfaces products. We supply silica-free mineral, porcelain & natural stone. We are seeking an experienced and motivated Showroom Consultant to join our fast and dynamic team with a great culture.

About the Role

As a Showroom Consultant & Admin, you’ll play a pivotal role in guiding clients through their design choices, helping them select the perfect stone surfaces for their projects. Your knowledge of color, material selection, and design trends will empower customers to create stunning spaces.

Key Responsibilities:

✔ Engage & Inspire – Greet clients, understand their needs, and provide expert design and color guidance.
✔ Product Expertise – Introduce customers to our premium stone collection and offer tailored recommendations.
✔ Support Designers & Builders – Assist architects, designers, and builders with product samples, knowledge, and design insights.
✔ Sales & Administration – Assist and coordinate with the sales team on various administrative tasks.
✔ Showroom Presentation – Ensure the showroom is well-organized and visually appealing to showcase our products effectively.

What We’re Looking For:

🔹 Design Enthusiast – A background in interior design, color consulting, or a strong eye for aesthetics.
🔹People Person – Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build lasting relationships.
🔹Team Player – Proactive, self-motivated, and eager to contribute to a dynamic team.
🔹Industry Experience (Preferred) – Prior experience in stone, tiles, or interior design is an advantage.

🔹IT - Savvy – Advanced IT skills are essential. You’ll also be expected to support our in-house Marketing Officer with assigned digital tasks.
