We offer flexible working options, including full-time hours or a four-day week, with shifts between 6.30am and 6.00pm.

What You’ll Be Doing

As part of our team, you will play a key role in creating a vibrant and nurturing environment where children feel safe, valued, and inspired to learn. Your responsibilities will include:

• Creating engaging, play-based programs that encourage exploration, discovery, and creativity, building on children’s individual interests.
• Building meaningful relationships with children, families, and colleagues, ensuring every family feels welcome and supported.
• Supporting each child’s growth and wellbeing by fostering their emotional, social, and cognitive development in an inclusive and diverse environment.
• Collaborating with a passionate and experienced team, contributing to a positive culture where educators support and learn from one another.
• Bringing your own ideas, strengths, and creativity to the table. Your voice is valued, and you will be encouraged to share fresh perspectives.
• Enjoying a supportive workplace structure, including a dedicated Educational Leader and a cleaner onsite three days a week, allowing you to focus on the children.
• Contributing to reflective practice and continuous improvement through professional development opportunities that ensure the best outcomes for children.
