About the Role:

As a Diploma Educator, you’ll work alongside a passionate team to deliver high-quality care and early education for children aged 6 weeks to 5 years. You’ll contribute to engaging learning environments that support children’s growth and development, while building strong, trusting relationships with families and your colleagues. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a busy, high-capacity setting and is committed to best practices in early childhood education.

Your key responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and implementing play-based, developmentally appropriate programs
• Support children’s emotional, social, and cognitive development
• Build strong, positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive learning environment
• Observe and document children’s learning and development
• Help manage routines and daily transitions effectively
• Follow all relevant policies, procedures, and child safety standards
• Engage in ongoing professional development and team reflection

About You – What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a reliable, team-oriented educator who brings energy, compassion, and a love for early learning.

You will:

• Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)
• Have previous experience in a similar educator role
• Understand and apply the EYLF and National Quality Framework (NQF)
• Demonstrate excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Be confident in delivering child-safe practices and following regulatory requirements
• Be proactive, nurturing, and committed to quality outcomes
• Hold a current WWCC, First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection (Mandatory Reporting) training
• Have full working rights in Australia
