About the role

Sprouts School of Early Learning - Margaret River is seeking a full-time Certificate III or Diploma Qualified Educator to join our vibrant and caring team in Margaret River, WA. As a key member of our Early Learning Centre, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality educational experiences and care for children aged 0-5 years.

What you'll be doing

Plan and implement engaging, play-based learning programs that support the individual needs and development of each child

Build positive, nurturing relationships with children to support their social, emotional, physical and cognitive growth

Collaborate with families to understand each child's unique interests, needs and goals

Maintain accurate records, observations and documentation to inform curriculum planning

Ensure a safe, secure and stimulating learning environment that adheres to all relevant regulations and policies

Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your practice

Work as part of a close-knit team of dedicated early childhood professionals

What we're looking for

A Certificate III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent)

Demonstrated experience working as an early childhood educator, preferably in a long day care or preschool setting

Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build positive relationships with children, families and colleagues

Creative problem-solving abilities and a passion for creating engaging learning experiences

A genuine commitment to the wellbeing and development of young children

A current Working with Children Check and first aid qualification
