About the Role
The successful candidate will be working in a team who are responsible for the face to face contact with inpatients across the hospital ensuring patients and families are given appropriate informed financial consent. A caring, customer service focus is imperative as this role involves liaising with internal stakeholders, patients and/or their families, Medicare, Private Health Funds and compensable third-party providers.
There may be the opportunity to work from all of our campuses, including Fitzroy, East Melbourne and Kew!
Classifications for this position range from HS2 - HS21 ($66, 768 - $73,811.92 pa/pro rata)
