House of Pharmacy is Double Bay’s destination where professional pharmacy meets luxury retail. We curate premium skincare, haircare, cosmetics, vitamins and niche fragrance alongside a professional dispensary and compounding service. We are growing and about to launch e-commerce to serve customers across Australia.

The opportunity

We are hiring a Retail Manager to own the entire front-of-shop operation. This is a hands-on role leading service on the floor, running store operations, managing stock and merchandising, working with brand reps, and achieving sales targets.

This role is based at Double Bay and requires onsite attendance five days a week. Please apply only if you can reliably commute to Double Bay Monday to Friday.

What you will do

Lead the retail team and deliver a polished, luxury customer experience

Run daily operations: opening and closing, stock management, presentation, aesthetics and compliance

Manage stock end to end

Build supplier relationships, plan promotions and stay up to date with product knowledge

Stay across every brand and category and use that knowledge to grow sales and margin

Partner seamlessly with the dispensary and maintain a high-standard pharmacy environment

Hit KPIs and report on sales and stock metrics

Use modern tech to lift efficiency, including electronic shelf labels

About you

Retail management experience in pharmacy and/or luxury or premium beauty

Proven record lifting sales and service standards

Confident with stock control, store operations and merchandising

Professional and customer-first

Independent and efficient; you set priorities and get things done

Able to commute to Double Bay five days a week
