The Role:

This is not your typical sales role. You will be selling a premium product to customers who are already interested and engaged, no cold calling, no door knocking, just qualified warm leads.

As a Sales Consultant, you’ll guide customers through a consultative process, helping them choose the right solution for their lifestyle.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and pre-qualified leads, converting interest into sales
• Build strong relationships and deliver a premium customer experience
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored product solutions
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets
• Maintain accurate sales records and follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction

• Base salary $60K–$100K incl. super (based on experience)
• Realistic OTE $180K–$250K+, with top performers exceeding $350K+
