Paspaley is seeking a highly organised and detail-focused Project Management Coordinator to support the execution of key merchandising initiatives across our retail network. You will manage project timelines, coordinate seasonal launches, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth delivery of merchandising strategies.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate end-to-end merchandising projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met.

Manage project timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple workstreams.

Maintain project trackers, calendars, and documentation to ensure visibility and accountability.

Support seasonal launches, product rollouts, and visual merchandising updates.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration across merchandising, planning, marketing, and logistics.

Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and follow up on actions to keep projects moving.

Communicate project status, risks, and changes clearly to stakeholders.

Prepare presentations, briefs, and post-project reviews to support reporting and insights.

Identify process gaps and contribute to improving project workflows and tools.

Assist in implementing project management best practices across the team.

About You

Tertiary qualification in Business, Retail, or a related field.

2+ years of experience in project coordination or merchandising support.

Highly organised, detail-oriented, and calm under pressure.

Confident using Excel, PowerPoint, and project tools (e.g. Monday, Jira).

Strong communicator with a collaborative mindset.

Proactive, hands-on, and eager to learn.
