Registered Nurse – Wound Care

We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Nurse to provide specialised wound management services for clients living independently in the community under Home Care Packages. This role is ideal for an RN who is passionate about clinical excellence, person-centred care, and supporting older Australians to remain safe and well at home.

Key Responsibilities

Complete comprehensive wound assessments and develop tailored care plans.

Perform dressing changes using evidence-based practice and maintain infection control standards.

Monitor and evaluate wound healing progress, providing pain and symptom management.

Deliver education and guidance to clients and families on wound prevention and care.

Accurately document all wound care interventions and updates in line with HCP and organisational requirements.

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse.

Demonstrated experience in wound care and clinical nursing within community or aged care settings.

Excellent communication, clinical judgement, and documentation skills.

A commitment to delivering safe, respectful, and person-centred care.
