About the Opportunity

Are you an experienced Registered Nurse with strong leadership and clinical skills in aged care? We are partnering with one of our respected clients to recruit a passionate and capable Clinical Care Coordinator for a large residential aged care home located in the Bendigo Region, VIC.

With 144 beds and a strong leadership structure, this home offers an exciting opportunity for a skilled clinical professional to step into a key leadership role within a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the coordination and delivery of person-centred clinical care

Oversee the development, implementation, and review of care plans

Mentor and support nursing and care teams to uphold best practice

Collaborate with the Care Director and broader leadership teams

Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and internal policies

Drive and participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives

About You

Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse

Clinical leadership or coordination experience in aged care

Experience working in a large aged care home (100+ beds preferred)

Strong knowledge of clinical governance, care planning, and compliance

Warm and collaborative leadership style with excellent mentoring skills

Resilient and confident in managing complex clinical situations

Proficient in clinical systems and documentation practices
