About the Role

As a Registered Nurse with Nurselink Healthcare, you will provide high-quality, person-centered care to residents in aged care facilities. You’ll work alongside an experienced team to ensure residents receive the best clinical and emotional support while maintaining their dignity and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver safe, evidence-based nursing care to aged care residents.

Conduct assessments, administer medications, and manage care plans.

Supervise and support Enrolled Nurses (ENs) and Personal Care Assistants (PCAs).

Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards.

Liaise with residents, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic care.

Requirements

Current AHPRA Registration as a Registered Nurse

Previous experience in Aged Care (minimum 6 months preferred)

Knowledge of Aged Care Quality Standards and accreditation requirements

Current Police Check & Working with Children Check (WWCC)

Up-to-date immunisations, including COVID-19 & Influenza

Excellent communication and leadership skills
