ABOUT THE FIRM
We are currently recruiting for a large Australian law firm who are seeking a Legal Secretary to support their busy Disputes & Investigations team.
This well-known firm have offices across the country and are dedicated to providing exceptional service to their clients. Their expertise includes Commercial Litigation, Property, Competition, Tax and Wills & Estates.

ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Legal Secretary, you will be supporting up to Partner level in the Disputes & Investigations team. In this fast-paced role, some of your main duties will include:

• Liaising with clients;
• Diary management;
• Billing; File management;
• Filing court documents;
• Preparing correspondence and drafting documents;
• General administrative support.

ABOUT YOU
The ideal candidate will have proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably in litigation. In addition to this, you will also:

• Have proven billing experience;
• Be confident using IT systems and MS Office;
• Experience with iManage and Aderant preferable;
• Have a strong work ethic;
• High attention to detail;
• Developed communication skills;
• A collaborative team approach;
• Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced role.
