About the Role

As a Participant Coordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for participants, helping them feel welcomed, supported, and connected. You’ll manage rostering, coordinate appointments, maintain records, and ensure services run smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

- Act as the main point of contact for participants, providing excellent support and communication. - Manage staff rostering and scheduling to ensure participant needs are met. - Coordinate participant onboarding, appointments, and service delivery. - Maintain accurate records, reports, and compliance documentation. - Liaise with internal teams and external providers to deliver high-quality support.

About You

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. - Experience in rostering or scheduling staff. - Highly organised with attention to detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Previous experience in community services, disability support, or coordination (desirable).
