About the Role

As a NDIS Support Coordinator/ Recovery Coach, you’ll be a trusted guide and advocate for NDIS participants, helping them make the most of their plans and achieve what truly matters to them. This position has a view to being semi remote once your probation period of six months has finished.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

• Coordinating services and supports that reflect individual needs and goals

• Building respectful relationships with participants, families, and providers

• Monitoring, adjusting and improving service delivery

• Upholding the rights, dignity, and voice of participants

• Maintaining clear, accurate records in line with NDIS standards

• Contributing to a positive, team-driven culture where everyone is “On the Bus”

About You

You’re a natural problem-solver, a strong communicator, and deeply committed to ethical, person-centred practice.

You’ll Bring:

Experience of a minimum 12 months in support coordination or recovery coaching

Recovery Coach role: A tertiary qualification in peer work or mental health (minimum of Certificate IV in Mental Health Peer Work or Certificate IV in Mental Health) or equivalent training and/or a lived and/or learnt experience of mental health;

Demonstrated ability to independently plan, manage and organise own workload in a complex environment;

Evidence of a secure home workspace

Demonstrated ability to work flexibly, independently, as well as part of a team;

Strong computer skills, with experience in Microsoft applications and Client Management Systems

• Qualifications in Mental Health, Disability, Social Work, Community Services, or related areas

• A current driver’s licence and access to a reliable vehicle

• Sound knowledge of the NDIS framework and service navigation

• A team-first attitude and a heart for empowerment

Compliance Requirements:

• NDIS Worker Orientation Module completion (or willingness to complete before commencement)

• National Police Check (current within 12 months)

• Current First Aid & CPR

• Permanent right to work in Australia
