We are currently seeking experienced Support Workers to join our growing team and provide high-quality, person-centred support to NDIS participants with a variety of needs, including complex care and mental health.

About the Role
As a Support Worker, you will:
Provide tailored support to participants with high and complex needs
Implement Behaviour Support Plans in line with restrictive practice policies
Work with participants experiencing complex intellectual disabilities and complex mental health needs
Support clients in daily living, community access, and social activities (such as shopping trips, outings, and appointments)
Build strong rapport and adapt supports to each individual’s goals and personality
Work flexibly across weekdays, evenings, weekends, and public holidays
About You
To be successful, you’ll bring compassion, professionalism, and the ability to work confidently with complexity. You’ll also have:
Demonstrated experience supporting participants with complex behavioural or mental health needs
Knowledge of Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice guidelines
Ability to manage anxiety-related behaviours and support clients respectfully in public settings
Certificate III or IV in Disability, Individual Support, Aged Care, or similar qualification
Current First Aid and CPR certificate
Driver’s licence and reliable vehicle
NDIS Worker Check
Working With Children Check
Current Police Check (within the past 6 months)
Completion of the NDIS Orientation Module
Desirable: Experience with peg feeding, hoist transfers, and personal care – or a willingness to learn (training will be provided).
