The Opportunity

As our Business Manager, you’ll lead across Rockhampton and Yeppoon clinics, driving growth, consistency, and performance while keeping people and patients at the centre of everything.

This full-time role is ideal for someone who loves turning strategy into results, balancing commercial outcomes with people leadership, and building a healthy, high-performing culture.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership & Engagement:

Foster collaboration between clinical and admin teams.

Strengthen communication and recognition across sites.

Coach Clinic Partners and support workforce planning.

Operations & Performance:

Oversee financial performance: P&Ls, budgets, forecasts, KPIs.

Standardise systems for consistency and efficiency.

Ensure smooth handovers for a seamless client journey.

Growth & Strategy:

Identify new services, partnerships, and community opportunities.

Support marketing, business development, tenders, and contracts.

Translate long-term planning into actionable results.

Quality & Compliance:

Maintain accreditation, risk management, and WHS standards.

Oversee Medicare, NDIS, DVA, and WorkCover processes.

About You

Proven leadership experience in allied health, healthcare, or professional services (multi-site highly regarded).

Financially savvy, confident with budgets and KPIs.

Skilled communicator who brings people together.

Experienced in recruitment, coaching, and people development.

Systems thinker familiar with practice management software.

Medicare, NDIS, DVA, or WorkCover experience is a plus.
