We currently have vacant positions available in a Level 6 Senior Policy Officer and Level 6 Senior Contract Officer roles.

Our team
We are looking for enthusiastic applicants to join us at the Treatment Services Division.
Service and Policy
The Policy and Service Development Team plan and develop strategies, policies and models for specific services in the areas of mental health and AOD treatment. Once those policies and strategies (services) have been determined (developed), finalised and funded, the Service Provision Treatment Team work on the contracts and works with the Policy and Service Development Team for the implementation, monitoring and evaluation of the programs.
Service Provision Treatment
The Service Provision Treatment Team is responsible for the contract management of mental health, and alcohol and other drug treatment services across the State. The Team works in partnership with service providers from a wide range of government and non-government agencies to manage, monitor and evaluate programs to deliver better outcomes for the community across the State.
About the roles
Senor Policy Officer - Level 6:
The Senior Policy Officer is responsible for the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of strategic mental health and alcohol and other drug policies and programs in the Community Support Services division. The position prepares regular reports and ensures project reporting requirements are continuously maintained and up to date.
Senior Contract Officer - Level 6:
The Senior Contract Officer is responsible for developing and managing complex, high-risk contracts related to mental health, alcohol and drug services. This includes providing expert advice on procurement policies, planning and implementing procurement processes, and managing stakeholder relationships. The position also monitors contract performance, prepares regular reports and updates and manages discrete projects as required.
