Part-time Senior Client Services Officer

This business is a small, privately-owned financial planning practice in Malvern. They are currently looking to appoint a Senior Client Services Officer to support their team in delivering specialist, tailored advice to individuals, family groups, SMSF trustees and endowment funds, with a focus on long-term client relationships and high-touch service. The position is available either full time or part time. The part time option must be a minimum of 30 hours per week which can be worked over 5 shorter days or 4 full days.

This role is very diverse, with key responsibilities including, but not limited to:

Attending client appointments and presentations with the Senior Financial Planner (optional, depending on career aspirations)

Lodging applications for financial planning products

Maintaining and updating client information and correspondence

Assisting with insurance implementation and management

Coordinating annual reviews and preparing client files for advisor meetings

Drafting Statements of Advice requests and liaising with external paraplanners (optional, depending on career aspirations)

Responding to client enquiries regarding their portfolios

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Experience in a professional financial planning environment in a similar client services or associate role.

Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
