Join the Commercial Property / Real Estate Team of an international Law Firm. Support 2 Partners at the firm where your legal assistant skills will highly appreciated.

The Role

You will play a crucial role supporting 2 Partners who have an interesting client base in the hospitality, tourism and aviation industries. Work on large property transactions with major hotels, resorts and airports. In this role you will be responsible for preparing, reviewing, and organising legal documents. The position requires a keen eye for detail and the ability to work collaboratively. Your duties will include:

• Liaising with clients.
• Preparing and amending legal documents.
• Online searches.
• Drafting routine correspondence.
• Client billing and client reporting.
• Expense reconciliation.
• Diary and email management.
• Ad-hoc legal administrative tasks.

You

To be successful in this role, you will need 2 + years of legal secretary or legal assistant experience, ideally in property or real estate law, however, experience in other transactional areas of law will be considered.

Salary/Benefits
