We’re partnering with a respected law firm on the Gold Coast to find a dedicated Legal Assistant / Paralegal to join their Real Estate team. If you're passionate about property law and enjoy working in a close-knit team, this is an excellent opportunity to further your legal support career.

Supporting a busy team of property lawyers, you’ll be involved in a wide range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters. It’ll be a bonus if you’ve had exposure to Off-The-Plan (OTP) developments.

This is a full-time, in-office position, ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative and hands-on environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drafting contracts, correspondence, and settlement figures
• Liaising with clients, agents, and stakeholders
• Managing timelines and deadlines throughout the property transaction
• Providing paralegal support across residential, commercial, and OTP matters
• Monthly billing

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience as a Legal Assistant or Paralegal in Property/Conveyancing
• Strong administrative and file management skills
• Bonus if you’ve worked on Off-The-Plan developments
• High attention to detail and excellent communication skills
• Must be available to work on-site in Bundall – this is not a hybrid role
