SENIOR MANAGER - FINANCE BUSINESS PARTNERING
Working in-step with the Head of FP&A and CFO, you will be responsible for:

- Business partnering to senior stakeholders within the sales & distribution teams, providing insight & commentary on sales funnel forecasting
- Providing strategic insights & advice to senior management
- Leading a small team to drive uplift & improvement of financial modelling capability within a newly rolled out best-in-market analytical tool
- Providing data-supported commercial & financial insights
- Analytical commentary on monthly results
- Monitor business and costs trends
- Annual budget, periodic forecasts, and input into Board reporting
- Direct leadership of a team of 2-3 analysts & managers

A BIT ABOUT YOU
We are seeking a commercial & analytical thinker with strong business partnering skills and the ability to build relationships and influence senior stakeholders.

Must-have skills:
1. Extensive experience forecasing revenue & a sales funnel pipeline
2. Team leadership experience
3. Prior FP&A experience in a revenue-focused role from a medium-sized commercial business
4. Extensive finance business partnering experience

Bonus if you have experience with:
1. Investment case review
2. AI integration
