We are looking for a Customer Service / Membership Officer for a leading Non for Profit based in the city.

You will handling inbound calls, outbound calls and emails from members. The role is a combination of inbound and outbound phone calls and administration. You will be dealing with an older demographic of customers.

Based in the Brisbane CBD, after probation this is a hybrid working from home 2 days and office 3 days Monday to Friday office hours. Great team culture, ongoing development, incentives and also, celebrate your birthday with an extra day off!

Key Responsibilities include:

• Speak with current and prior members.
• Conduct surveys with members.
• Manage administration processes supporting their membership.
• Process payments
• Handle enquiries including application of new members.
• Retention of members

About you:

• Strong customer service experience
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong computer skills
• Strong time management and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a fast paced, high-pressured environment.
• Longevity in you your prior roles
• Ability to build a strong relationship with the client.

You will ideally have a background working in Customer Service or Administration. We are open to candidates that are working in retail/hospitality looking for a career move.
