We have an exciting opportunity for a proactive and experienced Ganger - Landscape Services to join our team!

What You Will Do:

As the Ganger - Landscape Services, you will be responsible for organising and directing the field operations of the horticultural team. You will ensure that all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard, in line with safety, environmental, and quality requirements.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering both scheduled and reactive horticultural maintenance services while supervising and mentoring a small team of staff. This is a leadership position that combines operational responsibility with strong people management and excellent customer service.

What We Are Looking For:

Current Queensland LR Class Driver’s Licence.

Traffic Control and MUTCD Signage training or experience.

Secondary education to Year 10 with good writing and communication skills and an understanding of basic mathematics.

Certificate III in Horticulture.

Demonstrated skills and proven success in the delivery of efficient, effective and timely horticultural maintenance services.

Demonstrated effective people management skills specifically in the areas of dealing with the public, staff supervision, leadership, motivation and team building.

Developed organisational skills including a demonstrated ability to effectively plan, organise and coordinate a number of tasks at the same time
