We’re looking for a Digital Producer to join our small but mighty media, comms and investor marketing agency based in West Perth. You’ll focus on delivering standout digital content, from filming and editing to graphic design and web assets. You’ll be hands-on, creative, and comfortable juggling multiple projects. You’ll report into our Digital Lead, who sets the strategy, while you bring the content to life.

What you’ll be doing:

Capturing high-quality video, audio and photography, on location or in the office

Editing content into sharp, on-brand final assets

Creating digital assets for web, social media and email campaigns

Supporting the team with quick-turnaround design, templates and content needs

Managing timelines, deadlines and file storage, delivering work that’s ready to publish

What we’re looking for:

1–3 years’ experience in a content, media, or digital production role

Strong video production skills: shooting, lighting, sound, and editing

Confidence using Adobe Creative Suite, especially Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and InDesign

A good design eye and storytelling instinct

Experience with Canva or other lightweight design tools is a bonus

Basic understanding of how content works across platforms such as web, social and EDMs

Someone who’s organised, proactive, and shines in a fast-paced environment

Tools you’ll use:

DSLR/mirrorless cameras, lighting, audio equipment

Adobe Creative Suite and Canva

WordPress, Campaign Monitor, LinkedIn and basic analytics tools

Microsoft Office
