About the Role

This Sales Cadetship is a structured, hands-on program designed to develop future sales professionals in the fresh produce industry. You’ll gain real-world experience in trading, negotiation, and market strategy while being mentored by industry experts.

What You’ll Be Doing

Learning the fundamentals of fresh produce sales, procurement, and logistics

Building and maintaining relationships with growers, suppliers, and customers

Assisting in pricing, negotiations, and deal structuring

Monitoring market trends and identifying growth opportunities

Supporting senior traders in day-to-day sales operations

Assisting with stock management and warehouse coordination

Using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Word) to manage data, reports, and communications

Forklift ticket an advantage but not essential

Previous sales, warehouse, or customer service experience is a plus
