The Position

In the role of Commercial/Retail Leasing Agent, your responsibilities will include:

• Proactively lease commercial properties and manage end-to-end leasing deals
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and update databases
• Confidently negotiate lease terms and secure approvals from property owners
• Develop effective leasing strategies in collaboration with landlords
• Stay up to date with legislation, compliance, and local market trends
• Screen and assess commercial tenancy applications
• Generate marketing materials and advise on property advertising strategies
• Proactively canvas for new leasing and management opportunities
• Prepare leasing correspondence and conduct tenant background checks
• Maintain accurate property details, including lease expiries, features, and pricing

The Person

The ideal candidate for the role of Commercial/Retail Leasing Agent, will have:

• Must have a current NSW Certificate of Registration
• Hold a valid driver's licence and access to personal vehicle
• A proven track record of Commercial Leasing
• Have a positive, can-do, sales-oriented attitude
• Possess strong written and verbal communication skills including meticulous follow up
• Driven to succeed in the industry
• Competent legislative understanding
• Be well presented, confident and organised
