Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily store operations, ensuring a high standard of customer service and operational efficiency.

Manage inventory levels, order stock, and maintain accurate records of sales and supplies.

Lead, train, and supervise staff, creating a high-performing and customer-focused team.

Develop and implement sales strategies, promotions, and marketing initiatives to drive revenue growth.

Maintain compliance with food safety, occupational health, and workplace safety standards.

Resolve customer concerns promptly and professionally to maintain strong customer relationships.

Track and manage budgets and costs.

Monitor key performance metrics, prepare reports, and support the head office with data as required.

Experience & Qualifications

A Diploma or higher qualification in the hospitality sector is essential.

Minimum two years of experience in the same industry.

Can able to manage 10 team members with strong leadership and people management skills.

Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

Experience in POS systems, staff rostering, and inventory control.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
