We’re on the lookout for an experienced Accountant to join a well-established civil construction company based in Hendra. This is a full-time, permanent, office-based role.

What we're looking for:

• 3+ years’ experience in financial/management accounting
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, and cost analysis
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• A proactive, detail-oriented approach with strong time management
• Experience with JobPac (desirable but not essential)
• Construction industry experience is advantageous
• Degree qualified in Accounting or Finance, with CPA/CA highly regarded

• Managing end-to-end financial functions: AP/AR, payroll support, reconciliations, and general ledger
• Preparing management reports and project cost tracking
• Budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis to support decision-making

• Driving improvements in financial processes and systems
