Complete Staff Solutions are seeking a Talent Specialist, or Senior Business Partner, to join our NSW Government client in Sydney, NSW, for a short-term project of Change Management.

Job Specifics:

Start Date: Immediate
End Date: 31st January 2026
Hours: 7 hours p/day, 35 hours p/week Monday - Friday only
Work Conditions: Hybrid model, 2 days p/w WFH, 3 days p/w in office
Work/Office Location: Sydney, Cumberland Street
Casual Pay Range: $68.00 - $75.84 p/hr + superannuation

role description (RD) writing

end-to-end management of 'expressions of interests' and role descriptions' as a part of an organisational change management plan

assist through a Change Management Process, including running EOI's, updating Role Descriptions and mapping establishment changes

utilise the Mercer Framework whilst reviewing role descriptions

Essential Requirements:

Tertiary qualifications in a relevant discipline, or demonstrated equivalent professional experience

demonstrated NSW Government experience essential, as the successful candidate will need to commence with limited guidance and training

experience reviewing and writing role descriptions using the Mercer Framework

Availability for the full duration of the role, with ability to commence with limited to no notice

Available to work the expected hybrid model, or 2x days WFH, 3x days in-office, in Sydney NSW.

Must be willing to provide 2x work-related referee contact details prior to shortlisting

Must have Australian Working Rights, and be located in the area, ready for commencement.
