As a Labourer within our clients Cooling Division, you’ll work hands-on in a workshop environment, supporting tradespeople and technicians with a variety of tasks including cleaning, preparation, assembly, and general workshop duties.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to develop practical skills in a safe, team-focused setting.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the disassembly, cleaning, and preparation of radiator and cooling components

Operate hand and power tools

Maintain a clean and safe work environment

Support tradespeople with day-to-day workshop activities

Perform manual handling and general labouring duties as required

Follow all site safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE

Skills and Experience

Physically fit and capable of manual labour

Previous experience in a workshop or industrial environment (desirable)

Basic mechanical aptitude

Willingness to learn and follow instructions

Strong attention to detail and a positive attitude toward safety

Current forklift ticket (desirable)
