🛠️ Key Responsibilities

Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe workshop environment.

Perform general cleaning of work areas, tools, and machinery.

Support tradespeople with basic hands-on tasks, including:

Operating grinders, saws, and hand tools (under supervision).

Basic Machining operations

Painting of parts and equipment.

Assist with workshop logistics, material handling, and occasional supplier pickups.

Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a culture of continuous improvement.

✔️ What You’ll Need

Physically fit and comfortable doing manual labour and cleaning tasks.

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.

Willingness to learn and follow instructions from tradespeople.

LF Forklift Licence – Required or willing to obtain.

Experience in painting, workshop support, or operating tools – highly regarded.

Full Australian working rights.

Experience in industrial or workshop cleaning – highly regarded
